Process

Coaching sessions are carried out as face-to-face coaching or over the phone.

The process is initiated by a conversation where objectives and frames are defined. An agreement about confidentiality is signed by both parties.

How often?
How often depends on your objectives and challenges. A three week gap between each session is quite typical and will give you opportunity to implement new habits. Some clients prefer sessions once a week and frequent follow-ups. Contact us for further information about Coaching.
